Skateboarding is a big part of the VANS story as well as UAE’s street culture. Stickers and murals have become popular avenues for these street icons to express themselves. It’s brought diversity, community, celebration, and a youthful edge like never-before. VANS collaborated with local street artist Ramy Elzaghawy in an on-ground activation to create a mural over a wall of skateboards in a community event held at Dubai Design District.
Sticker packs were given out to participants along with a chance to win one of the skateboards from the mural.
